Camilla and Vendela are the founders of Business & Dreams AB. When we first started working together in 2022, their main offer was a €150/year membership and growth meant one thing: launching, again and again.
They had a goal of reaching €1M in a year. But with a low-ticket model and no clear path forward, they didn't know how to get there.

Together we rebuilt their offer and their sales model: a premium offer at €3,000, an evergreen sales process that brings in clients outside of launches, and a team that handles sales calls and lead generation. Their main channel (community events) became the engine that feeds it all.
