Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
This prize draw is organized and operated by Smart Mentoring Oy (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of the European Union. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter
Participants may enter the prize draw by:

  • Purchasing the book Breakthrough: From Sole Hustle to Scalable Success, and

  • Submitting the required details via the entry form, including valid contact information and proof of purchase (receipt).

Free Alternative Method of Entry:
To ensure compliance with Finnish lottery regulations, participants may alternatively enter without making a purchase by submitting an entry via the same form without the proof of purchase. No purchase is necessary under this method.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

4. Prize
One winner will receive:

  • Apple AirPods manufactured by Apple, and

  • One branded swag bag provided by the Organizer.

No cash alternative will be offered. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on or before April 30th 2026. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. No Affiliation / Endorsement
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple. Apple bears no responsibility for this prize draw.

7. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and providing the promised bonus training sessions, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Organizer.

8. Taxes & Charges
Any personal tax obligations arising from acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures,

  • Lost, incomplete, or delayed entries,

  • Events outside the Organizer’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

10. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate these terms.

11. Applicable Law
This prize draw and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
